Our Team

Joyce Midley-Quainoo is a skilled communicator with additional training in Business Management. Her professional experience spans television, radio, online (digital), and print media across various continents, including editorial and production roles with several international TV networks.

Joyce began her career as a journalist at Ghana Television, where she reported on social issues and presented major news bulletins, including sports. She also worked at Radio XYZ, TV3 Network Limited (TV3), and 3news.com.

As the Managing Online Editor at Media General, the parent company of TV3, Onua TV,  MG Digital, and four radio stations, Joyce successfully transitioned the company’s news website from tv3network.com to 3news.com. She played a key role in establishing the company’s four radio stations—3FM and Onua FM in Accra, as well as two other stations in Kumasi and Takoradi—and was instrumental in developing the company’s digital portfolio.

Driven by her love for charity and a desire to help those in need, Joyce founded Joy in Giving Foundation.  As the Executive Director, she oversees all programs and projects and serves as the international spokesperson. Joyce is responsible for identifying the needs of orphans, raising funds, and securing sponsors to support the foundation’s activities. She also manages the implementation, evaluation, and feedback processes while providing improvement recommendations to her team.

As a mother and a wife, Joyce firmly believes that no child should be left behind. She advocates for exposing every child to opportunities that help uncover their unique talents.
